Please note that these transit options are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. However, PEROZ can never guarantee a delivery date and is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, especially during high volume seasons. Once a package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over it. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Since, once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer or delivery details.

All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you are welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise, if Australia Post determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record proof of delivery in this instance.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, PEROZ is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, PEROZ will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note that all our International orders are shipped via Australia Post. PEORZ is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times. For a more accurate estimate, you should keep up to date with your country's postal policy or use the express options. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

TAXES & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Duties & Taxes are non-refundable once your order has shipped. Any items returned will not be eligible for a refund by PEROZ on the Duties & Taxes associated.

Any fees that are due will be collected upon checkout of the order and any additional international fees not paid at checkout will need to be paid by the customer to the local carrier within your country. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery.

*If your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared ‘Delivered’ by delivery service.
