All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you are welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise, if Australia Post determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, PEROZ is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, PEROZ will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that all our International orders are shipped via Australia Post. PEORZ is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons. If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
TAXES & DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Duties & Taxes are non-refundable once your order has shipped. Any items returned will not be eligible for a refund by PEROZ on the Duties & Taxes associated.
Any fees that are due will be collected upon checkout of the order and any additional international fees not paid at checkout will need to be paid by the customer to the local carrier within your country. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery.
*If your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared ‘Delivered’ by delivery service.
Our limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship one year from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. Only products sold through our authorised Peroz retailers are subject to the terms of the warranty.
Components that are covered under this repair warranty will be repaired free of charge if the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In the unlikely event that the component cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced free of repair charges.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model, but an item of equal value will be provided.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, lack of care, negligence or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage, tarnishing or plating.
- Theft or loss of the complete product or components.
*Please note that straps (or metal bracelets and clasps) are not covered by the warranty.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, obligations or liabilities. Peroz is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages. You may also have legal additional rights under applicable law which are not affected by the terms of this warranty. These rights may vary from state to state and country to country.
We try to select and package Products as well as possible to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to make your claim.
*Please note that our leather products are made of natural leather. The appearance of pores, textures, and minor scars on the leather surface are all natural phenomena.
*Please be aware that due to the nature of the leather colours may transfer.
*We recommend that you keep your leather strap away from intense sunlight, heat and humidity to prolong its beauty. Exposure to water, oil and makeup will stain your leather strap.
*Over time the leather may darken and change in colour which is partly due to the oils from your skin and exposure to sunlight.
* Peroz use the best plating methods available but it is the nature of plating that it can be corroded and wear off in time especially if it comes into contact with perfumes or body creams.
*We recommend removing your bracelet when applying perfume and body cream and take care to ensure that contact is avoided. Plating can fade depending on wear and the amount of care taken.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with our non-personalized products, we are pleased to offer a one-off exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the purchased item/s must be returned under the following conditions:
- Purchased from Peroz official website only, and;
- Returned within 7 days of delivery, and;
- Returned with all original items including accessories, manuals and packaging, and;
- Be in a completely new and unused condition, and;
- Not altered in any way, and;
- Not worn or damaged in any way, and;
- Returned with an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Peroz reserves the right to deny an exchange or return if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.
We strongly recommend you insure your parcel to prevent any damage or loss in transit. Regrettably, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to parcels prior to them reaching us.
Please be advised that in case of a full return (all items in the order) the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
Please note that you may be subject to shipping expenses when exchanging/returning your product(s), we are not responsible for lost packages during the exchange/return process.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 14 business days in the original form of payment.
Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 7 business days.
In case of an exchange, the product must be available on Peroz and its price shall be higher or equal to the original order amount and the customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
